Universal Robot’s cooperating industrial robot arm UR10 is our largest industrial robot arm. It is intended for larger tasks where precision and reliability are crucial. With the industrial robot arm UR10 you can automate processes and tasks that weigh up to 10 kg. Heavier collaboration processes such as packing, palletizing, assembly and pick & place are suitable for the UR10 industrial robot. With a range of up to 1300 mm, the industrial robot arm UR10 is designed to be more efficient for tasks within a larger area. You can therefore save time on production lines where distance is a factor. The collaborative industrial robot UR10 from Universal Robots is easy to program, quick to set up, collaborative and secure, and like our other collaborative robots, it provides one of the fastest payback times in the industry.
With our patented technology, users without programming experience can quickly set up the robot arms and operate them using intuitive 3D visualization. Simply move the robot arm and show the movement it is to perform, or press the arrow keys on the user-friendly, touch screen.
Universal Robots has revolutionized the configuration of robots, and where it used to take several weeks, the robots can now be taken into use after just a few hours. Our customers say that the average set-up time is only half a day. Typically, an inexperienced user will find that it takes less than an hour to unpack the robot, install it, and program the first simple task.
