The standard Mobile Cobot Lift is compact, quick to install and easy to configure. It increases the lifting capacity of Universal Robots UR10 from 10 kg to 30 kg. Using a cobot significantly reduces the footprint by over 50% compared to cells with industrial robots. In many cases, fences are not needed and operators can safely work side by side with the robot. The solution allows continuous operation, the operator can easily remove a complete pallet without stopping the cooperating robot. The solution can be moved with a pallet lifter. The tool does not have to be vacuum-based, it can also be mechanical / electrical / magnetic.
The smart design contributes to a quick and easy installation. The Cobot Lift URcap software has an intuitive interface that ensures easy configuration without the need for complicated robot programming.
