Patented locking mechanism:
WINGMAN is a mechanical “New School” automatic tool changer unit that does not need compressed air to activate the pair and disengage the mechanism unlike traditional “Old School” tool changers. Automatic tool change depends only on the movement of the robot. This means that the WINGMAN Tool Changer system can be installed and implemented in minutes – No need for compressed air installations, hoses, air valves and associated I / O setup. All this is possible thanks to WINGMAN’s patented mechanical locking mechanism.
