Should we be afraid of artificial intelligence? If you ask Technicon’s CEO Casper Hansen the answer is no:

“AI can help us create a better world and a better everyday life due to automation and productivity improvement, and it can increase our job satisfaction. E.g. when you palletize and handle web orders within e-commerce. You get a whole new genre of automation that we have not been able to carry out earlier, because with AI it is much more possible to create solid solutions.”

In the cold of Finland cars are being refueled by robots controlled by artificial intelligence. This is a coop between Technicon and Autofuel ApS, and the technique has been implemented as pilot projects at various Finnish gas stations since 2021.
