About the job
Do you want to be part of the team that the biggest pharma customers love to work with? And help create machines that solve manual, difficult, and inefficient processes? Now you have the chance. Our customers in Zealand deserve even more attention, which is why we are looking for a colleague to service them.
Your tasks
You will service the largest companies in Zealand – and by that, we mean the biggest players in pharma and medtech. 8 out of 10 days, you’ll be at the customer’s site performing troubleshooting and maintenance on automated production equipment or participating in final FAT and SAT alongside your cross-functional project team. The remaining time will be spent behind the screen (either at home or in Hobro).
You will also:
Handle preventive maintenance
Perform repairs (e.g., in case of breakdowns) and order new hardware through Purchasing
Be the customer’s go-to person
Focus on aftersales when you spot a need
Prepare documentation once the task is completed
The tasks are varied, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to shape the role yourself.
It’s not the Robots...
…but the colleagues who keep our machinery running. That’s why we make sure everyone thrives – both at and outside work. You’ll get a flexible work arrangement, and if you want a 4-day workweek, that’s fine with us. Plus, you’ll receive training in robotics technology and continuing education when needed.
Who you are
You have a background as an automation technician, automation technologist, electrician, robotics technician, marine engineer, or similar
You have experience with maintenance and updates of automated production equipment
Perhaps you know PLC programming and robot programming
You have worked with electrical panels
You are fluent in Danish and proficient in English (documentation is in English)
You can perform systematic and structured troubleshooting
We imagine you live in Zealand or Funen so you’re close to customers. If you live in Jutland, we have a house in Kalundborg where you can stay.
