SOLUTION OVERVIEW

  • A wall mounted UR3e cobot and a RFID scanner ensures smooth scanning of the operator’s ID card. Thereby EM Glove and Gown (GGSR) identify the operator and the cobot is adjusted, ergonomically fitting the exact height of the person tested

  • Three barcode scanners ensure fast barcode scanning. Three touch-free buttons ensure easy interaction with the UR3e cobot

  • A user-friendly interface guides the operator through each step of the sample collecting process

  • The system has six holders for automatic placing agar plates

  • The test process is based on the control system's time measurement and force measurement via the UR3e’s built-in force sensor.
