The Technicon Crème Filling Cobot Solution consists of a 800 x 800 x 800 mm. Flex Module with a glass surface which makes it easy to clean and maintaining a high hygienic level.
On each module two UR7e cobots are mounted. The UR7e has a 850 mm. reach and a payload of 7,5 kg
SOLUTION OVERVIEW
The two UR7e cobots work in close collaboration effectively handle the entire crème filling process:
One UR7e smoothly picks up an empty container from rack, effectively ensure accurate filling and the second UR7e gently add a cap to each container.
Before the second UR7e ensure that each filled container is correctly placed in a rack an integrated printer prints a batch number underneath each container. This ensures a steady flow.
Onto each UR7e a 3FG15 Gripper from OnRobot is mounted. The 3FG15 Gripper is a strong, stable gripper with 3 contact points. The 3FG15 Gripper’s accurate centric positioning drives higher quality, consistency, and output with minimal programming.
The modularity ensures a choice between a variety of different grippers. If a vacuum gripper or a 2FG Finger gripper is required for customized purposes, it is easy to swift between various grippers. This can be done within seconds by any operator.
